S355G3+N Plates are made up of various materials with added elements that provide the properties of the product.  These products are then divided into grades that define the properties. S355G3+N Plate is one such grade of pipe that is used to produce the structural parts of bolted and welded steel. En 10225 S355g3+N Steel Plate comes under offshore platform steel plates. S355G3+N Plate grade specifies a wide range of tests to be conducted and from pre-defined heat inputs to welding.  A specific Material S355g3+N is used to fabricate fixed offshore structures. S355G3+N Ship Building Steel Plate thickness can be up to 150 mm. However, the sections delivered as rolled conditions are allowed a thickness of up to 25 mm. 

 

S355G3+N Steel Plate with seamless hollow sections is allowed up to 40 mm in thickness whereas a high frequency electric resistance welded hollow section of s355g3 n plate can be up to 20 mm in thickness. EN 10225 Grade S355G3+N Offshore Platform Steel Plate is applicable to be used in offshore structure however, they cannot be used in the fabrication of subsea pipeline, process equipment, risers, and process piping. S355g3+N Grade Plate is widely used in north sea structures however they can be used in other places as well depending upon factors such as temperature.
