Copper pipes have a variety of uses and are made up of copper alloy. Cupro Nickel 70/30 Pipes And Tubes are one such variety that has 70% copper and 30% Nickel. Copper Nickel 70/30 / Nes 780 are used in offshore flangs, propeller sleeves, shelf bodies, welding backing rings, and flexible metal hoses.
It is resistant to corrosion in seawater due to the quick formation of the protective surface film when it is exposed to clean seawater. This layer can be brown, greenish-brown, or green in color.
